Rev. Jason Lydon preaching
Give Them Not Hell
As Unitarian Universalists we must find our theological grounding for the necessary work to end the violence of the US prison system. Jason will offer reflections on the messages within Universalism that call us to move beyond punishment to create justice and healing.

Special music will be provided by Erik Lindgren with “Bespoke Consort” – piano, flute, cello, and vibraphone.

Rev. Jason Lydon is a community minister affiliated with First Church Jamaica Plain and is the National Director of Black and Pink, an open family of LGBTQ prisoners and “free world” allies who support each other. Jason started Black and Pink after his own incarceration and has been actively engaged in the movement to abolish the prison industrial complex for well over a decade.
