The Deep End of the Pool
How is a congregation different from other relationships? We offer the opportunity and the choice to share our deepest truths. It is this choice that gives us the strength to meet the demands of everyday life with integrity and hope. Today we celebrate World Communion Sunday with cranberry juice and cornbread. Our service is grounded in the meaning of communion – an act of sharing that invokes the promise of community. Join us for uplifting ritual and affirmation of the ways in which we are all a part of the whole. The Chalice Choir and Children will be singing. This morning is Bring a Friend to Church Sunday. All are welcome to invite family, friends and neighbors.
