Please join certified yoga instructor Barbara Bancroft for 3 sessions of gentle, hatha yoga. Barbara describes her practice as meditative and perfect for nurturing your well-being. The classes begin at 6:30 and will last 1.5 hr. approximately, ending with relaxation postures and meditation. Please bring either a yoga mat or small rug. You might like to bring a lightweight throw-type blanket for the ending relaxation posture. Beginners as well as real yogis will find peace and enjoyment. A sign up sheet for this course is on the Parlor table.
