Book Discussion: The Un-Whitewashed Story of America

The Dock C. Tracy Center for Human Reconciliation in West Roxbury is offering a Virtual Book Discussion on Michael Harriot’s The Un-Whitewashed Story of America.Known for his sharp wit and insightful analysis, Harriot offers a compelling retelling of American history that centers Black voices, experiences, and contributions often erased from traditional narratives. This book challenges us to rethink what we’ve been taught and confront uncomfortable truths about the foundations of America. Through storytelling and historical analysis, Harriot provides a nuanced perspective that is both educational and empowering.
