We meet weekly on a virtual platform at 10am on Sunday mornings. and we meet in person on the third Sunday of the month at 12:00 noon.

We are all capable of increasing our natural abilities to care for others and becared for ourselves; not by problem-solving or fixing things but simply by being companions to one another through tough times.
