Led by the Local Chapter of the Covenant of Unitarian Universalist Pagans In the Celtic tradition, there is a beautiful understanding of love and friendship, a deep soul love known as “anam cara”. In the early Celtic church, one who acted as a teacher, companion or spiritual guide was known by this name. Humans are the most recent arrivals on this earth, with the rest of creation being our older siblings. All other life forms have much to share with us, and we certainly have much to learn. The Youth Group meets on the 2nd and 4th Sundays from 5:00 to 7:00 in the Parish Hall. This group has children from 6th through 12th grade. Contact Kelly Lownds for more information. The Youth Group is meeting this Sunday, April 23, 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., in the Parish Hall. We are starting an ethics curriculum to help us think about right and wrong and the shades in between. We hope to join in some spring activities that will bring us into contact with a variety of people and ideas that will support our learning.

Chalice Choir Rehearsal
The Chalice Choir is a volunteer group that meets in the Parish Hall on Tuesday evenings from 7:00 to 8:30. This choir sings every other Sunday from a wide variety of choral anthems, most set in four parts: soprano, alto, tenor, and bass. Membership is open but limited. LGBTQIA and Allies Meeting, Parents and Youth
We will be meeting on Wednesday April 26, from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. in the Parish Hall. In June 2022 we had Middleboro's first Pride Fest and offered the idea for FUUSM to host an LGBTQIA support group for youth and parents. This meeting will combine all LGBTQIA and allies to discuss what we are looking for in a group. We will discuss days, times and group structure and hopes. Please join us for the conversation.
