Set-Up for Spring Gala
Calling All Cooks, Bakers, and Helpers for Spring Gala!
On Saturday, April 27, for our Spring Gala, we need help.
April 26 @ 3:30 pm – 10:00 pm
For Tapas:
We need small appetizers that will be set up at “stations;” and since we have chafing dishes, they can be warm and, of course, you can bring food in crock pots. So far we have 4 commitments. Think of something interesting you can make/prepare and serve for that night before the show. We will also need crackers, cheese, hummus & veggies, fruit, etc., for a cold appetizer table.
Desserts:
We need small desserts – cookies, brownies, cupcakes, sweets people can eat without utensils.
Drinks:
Water, seltzer.
AND HELP:
With set up from 3:00 to 5:30 on Friday, April 26, and starting at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 27; and clean-up help after the event.
