Pride Sunday: Where Have We Come From? Where Are We Going?
Even within our lifetimes, there has been much progress in the acceptance of gay and lesbian persons into the mainstream of American society. Today, two of our members will relate their experiences through these changes and an assessment of the challenges that remain. The Elsie Gaudette Award will be presented this morning. Special music will be provided by Tony Soares.
Immediately following the service this morning, there will be an opportunity for congregational members to be filled in on the details of the Domestic Violence event scheduled for July 16.
