Up to $20,000 of the Clay Family Gift will be used to refurbish the Parlor. The PC has created a charge to a task group to address how this will happen. I have agreed to lead the task group.
The group has three tasks:
1) Determine how the Parlor will be used.
2) Assess any structural issues that need to be addressed.
3) Recommend how the Parlor will be decorated and furnished.
I envision a core group to follow the entire project and additional participants to address the structural and decorative issues. Many of our meetings can be on Zoom.
