The Dock C. Bracy Center for Human Reconciliation offers another in their excellent Let's Talk Series. David Pepper will speak on Saving Democracy in the Short- and Long-Term. He is a lawyer, writer, democracy activist and adjunct professor. He has written two books explaining the deep battle against democracy that has been playing out for decades, damaging key safeguards for democracy at levels and in places that are too often overlooked. Pepper will walk us through a broad and deep strategy for saving democracy. Free, but you must register: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/saving-democracy-in-the-short-and-long-term-tickets-938618913437?aff=email2 Donations are gratefully accepted.
