We also celebrate Summer Solstice, the longest day when the sun is at its zenith in the sky, and after which the days will slowly being to slide toward the dark half of the year. The Wheel turns once again; and although we enjoy an abundance of fruits, vegetables, herbs and flowers at this time, we can sense that change is in the air.
