RE Youth presenting The youth will be hosting the service this morning. We will have a homily and a bridging ceremony for Conor Dragunas and Mia Stevens . In addition to celebrating Pride Month, we will explore the curriculum we completed this year, “Creating Home “ and “Sing to the Power.” Our youth are a group with a strong center and are excited to celebrate. Chalice Choir Rehearsal
Chalice Choir Rehearsal
The Chalice Choir is a volunteer group that meets in the Parish Hall on Tuesday evenings from 7:00 to 8:30. This choir sings every other Sunday from a wide variety of choral anthems, most set in four parts: soprano, alto, tenor, and bass. Membership is open but limited. Spring Service Auction Begins
Deadline to submit offerings is Friday, June 7! It is time again for the ever-popular Spring Service Auction! We are again planning a fundraiser centered on goods and services. It’s a chance to pick up some great items, household help, and getaways. Please submit your offerings by email to FUUSMauction@gmail.com or contact the church office at 508-947-1935 by June 7. Be sure to include a detailed description of your offer including quantities, limitations, a picture (if possible) and suggested minimum bid. The auction will kick off on Friday, June 14, at noon and run until Sunday, June 29, at 8:00

Social Justice Team Meeting on Zoom
The Team brings news and information to the congregation about social justice events and activities being held in our community, offers training and runs events that are of major interest to church members, and actively supports several local organizations including Bridgewater Committee for Civil Rights (BCCR). The Brockton Chapter of the NAACP, the Matthew Mission Food Pantry, and Sustainable Middleboro. The Social Justice Team meets every other Friday.

The Annual Meeting of our Society will be held on Friday, June 14, at 7:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary. All are welcome to participate, though only members of FUUSM as of May 14, 2024, who have made an annual contribution to the Society, are eligible to vote on any matters that will be decided at this meeting.

We continue scheduling weekly ½ hour vigils on Saturday mornings from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon on the church lawn. All are invited to join in. Contact Dody Adkins-Perry with any questions.
