“People Migrate” – Rev. Dan Hotchkiss preaching
In a settled town like Middleboro, staying put can seem to be the norm. But people move from place to place and always have. Drawing on a powerful Somali poem and a favorite story by Carl Sandburg, Dan will reflect on what he learned while chairing a Star Island conference about Human Migration. Each of us, whether we have moved many times or stayed in one place our whole lives, must make a choice: When we approach the “other,” will it be with fear or love?
