See and Be Seen – Rev. Sarah Person preaching
We don’t talk much about the strength and courage it takes to be seen for who we are and how we want to be in the world. Tomorrow is National Coming Out Day and Indigenous Peoples’ Day. We can learn much about taking that leap of unrelenting hope. Special music will be provided by members of the Chalice Choir.
Wampanoag Ancestors Walk
Wampanoag Ancestors Walk
On Monday, October 11, at 10:00 a.m., we invite you to participate in the VIRTUAL WAMPANOAG ANCESTORS WALK available on Facebook Live. This will be followed by a vigil on the church lawn from 11:30 to 12:00 for anyone interested in participating. You are encouraged to bring a sign in support of Indigenous people to hold as we stand in solidarity with the people on whose ancestral land our church sits and who are still our neighbors today. Any questions, please contact Natalie Johnson after October 2, Sandy Smiley or Rev. Sarah.

Just This Sangha
Just This Sangha
Just This Sangha meets virtually (via Zoom) nearly every Friday evening from 6:00 to 7:30 for silent meditation and sharing of our practice experience. From a Buddhist, particularly Zen, perspective, we focus on bringing practice to daily life; exploring letting go of our usual habitual reactivity and opening to our selves and others as we actually are. Not a drop-in group, we do welcome potentially new members to join us for a few sessions to see if the group is a good fit. Contact Tom Tanguay at thisjustthis@gmail.com for more information.
