Rev. Bruce Taylor preaching The Buddhist doctrine of Anatta or No-Self may seem obscure, even intimidating, to many people. But it's not so far from everyday experience for those who care to look within. Come explore this liberating teaching and its implications for daily life. Special music provided by an ensemble. Rev. Taylor was an intern here at FUUSM fifteen years ago. He currently serves the UU Church of Medford, MA, and lives in Nashua, NH, with his wife Loretta. He enjoys hiking, skiing and creative photography.

RE Children's Classes We will continue to explore being home in nature. We will review our story about Henry David Thoreau, who explored nature from his cottage. We will also complete a craft that considers our web of life. Nursery Care Niko Pucillo-Dunphy and Jesse Hoyle offer child care during the church service. Chalice Choir Rehearsal
Chalice Choir Rehearsal
The Chalice Choir is a volunteer group that meets in the Parish Hall on Tuesday evenings from 7:00 to 8:30. This choir sings every other Sunday from a wide variety of choral anthems, most set in four parts: soprano, alto, tenor, and bass. Membership is open but limited. The Team brings news and information to the congregation about social justice events and activities being held in our community, offers training and runs events that are of major interest to church members, and actively supports several local organizations including Bridgewater Committee for Civil Rights (BCCR). The Brockton Chapter of the NAACP, the Matthew Mission Food Pantry, and Sustainable Middleboro. The Social Justice Team meets every other Friday.
