Peter Connolly preaching A literal reading of any of the various English translations of the original Hebrew and Greek has provoked all kinds of trouble in the America of our day.  Today, we'll look at ways to make our way through Biblical inconsistencies to see if this seminal text can still hold significance for us.

We rely on CORI’d people/volunteers to provide safety and learning for the children downstairs each week. We are continuing in the tradition of meeting and discussing various genres of books. We continue to meet on the third Monday of the month from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. New and old members are welcome. For December, we are reading Heaven and Earth Grocery Store by James McBride. If you enjoy reading, please pick up the book and join us!

The Peaceful Quilters meet every Tuesday in the Parish Hall.

Help is available to assist with meals and more during illnesses or other family emergencies.  You are always invited to call or visit our minister to discuss any matter of concern to you.

The Chalice Choir is a volunteer group that meets in the Parish Hall on Tuesday evenings from 7:00 to 8:30. This choir sings every other Sunday from a wide variety of choral anthems, most set in four parts: soprano, alto, tenor, and bass. Membership is open but limited.
