We are writing postcards to registered voters in districts that have low voting rates and have historically been disenfranchised. We’re using a tested script, so it’s easy, no creativity required (though we’re encouraged to use colored pens, if we want, to enliven our handwritten cards). Currently we are writing cards to Georgia in time for their May 21 primary. The goal is to establish a habit of voting and also to give voters time to resolve any issues they may encounter with required voter i.d. cards, or other obstacles to their voting, before November. The Chalice Choir is a volunteer group that meets in the Parish Hall on Tuesday evenings from 7:00 to 8:30. This choir sings every other Sunday from a wide variety of choral anthems, most set in four parts: soprano, alto, tenor, and bass. Membership is open but limited. For Tapas:
We need small appetizers that will be set up at "stations;" and since we have chafing dishes, they can be warm and, of course, you can bring food in crock pots. So far we have 4 commitments. Think of something interesting you can make/prepare and serve for that night before the show.  We will also need crackers, cheese, hummus & veggies, fruit, etc., for a cold appetizer table.
