Worship Service
If you are looking for a spiritual home, come in and experience our open minds, open hearts, and open doors. For over 125 years, the First Unitarian Universalist Society has been serving individuals and families in Middleboro and surrounding towns with great music, meaningful and thought-provoking sermons, and opportunities to give back. We are committed to spiritual growth and lifelong learning with religious exploration that promotes creativity, integrity, and compassion. We work together to build a world that is more loving and more just for all people.
Religious Exploration
Religious Exploration
We are a place of growth and creativity! At UU Middleboro we strive to create a program that allows our children to explore their ideas and faith in a safe and nurturing environment. We draw our curriculum from the Tapestry of Faith on the UUA website for both the children and the youth. We work hard to allow for the children to enjoy faith, fellowship, food and fun! Registration is rolling throughout the year and is available here. Religious Exploration Registration Form (google.com) Kelly Lownds, Director of Religious Exploration

RE Committee
RE Committee
Our RE Committee meets on the second Wednesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. We meet at the church, and new members are welcome. You do not need a child participating in the RE program to join, just ideas and a love of our youth. Please consider volunteering to teach downstairs for a section of our program. We also need volunteers to help with plays and skits during the year as well as readers for our Message for All Ages during the service. Please contact dre@uumiddleboro.org if you are interested.

Peace, Justice & Equality Vigil
We continue scheduling weekly ½ hour vigils on Saturday mornings from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon on the church lawn. All are invited to join in. Contact Dody Adkins-Perry with any questions.
Note: The church calendar contains some events that are not open to everyone, so that we can plan for building use. Open events are shown on the home page. Click on an event to show the full description.
