Full Moon Meditation on Zoom

This month we are treated to a second full Moon or Blue Moon.

It is also a Super Moon, the second one of this month, and it falls in the sign of Pisces. It brings to an end a month filled with spectacular energies from the cosmos in the form of super moons, the Lion’s Gate, the start of the Mayan New Year and the meteor showers lighting up the night sky. It is offering us unusually strong assistance in bringing to fruition our most heartfelt desires.

Last week on the 23rd, Mercury went retrograde and will stay there until September 15th. Contrary to the very negative aspects associated with retrogrades, it is instead an opportunity to pause and spend some time in inner reflection to make sure our work in the world and our goals truly align with our highest ideals. Pisces is a water sign and lends itself to reflection and deep dives into emotion. It also supports intuition, introspection, imagination and greater sensitivity. We are living in an era of greatly accelerated energies, and the time between what we think up and how it manifests has become lightning fast, making it crucial that we spend time making sure our thoughts are clear and well thought out.
