FULL MOON MEDITATION

This Full Moon falls in the sign of Virgo, the zodiacal sign that challenges us to higher standards, to greater humanity with the idea of striving always to be more in our quest for compassion, wisdom and right use of power.
Tonite we will celebrate the Spring Equinox as well, one of two times each year when the hours of light and dark are equally balanced. We will accompany Hecate as she travels into the Underworld to retrieve Persephone and return her to her mother Demeter. From this reunion, the seasons of Spring and Summer burst forth, and the Earth is once again renewed with abundant new life. The lean times of Winter are past, and all of creation rejoices at the return of growth, warmth and greater ease.
Join us this night as we journey with these Goddesses and find joy in the ways we bring new growth to our own ideas and creations. All are welcome.
