Using Our Emotional Intelligence

Daniel Goleman, who popularized the term “emotional intelligence” in his 1995 book of that name, says that “the key to a high group IQ is social harmony.” Today we’ll take a look at some of the factors that contribute to that desirable state. Special music will be provided by Bet Giddings.
