TO BE BRAVE IN OUR NEW WORLD
We have seen the best and the worst of ourselves. People have taken heroic measures to save lives and stand up to others. Yet bullying, on the world stage and in the supermarket aisle, has laid bare our grief and dysfunction. We can no longer make assumptions about who and what we can trust. How can we, do we navigate in this world? We have, fortunately or unfortunately, many opportunities before us to act on our beliefs and values. They are needed more than ever. Special music will be provided by members of the Chalice Choir singing Caged Bird with lyrics from the poetry of Maya Angelou.
