In addition, we will be offering training to help us respond to folks with strong opinions. If you are interested in standing with us but would like the training first, please add your name, but put an X in the first column. All are invited to join in. Virtual Social Justice Film Discussion
On Saturday, June 18, our team is partnering with BCCR (Bridgewater Communities for Civil Rights) for their Juneteeth event to be held outside at UU Bridgewater from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. In preparation for this event, we are offering a film and discussion based on the documentary, Juneteenth: 1865 – 2021.The film is available on YouTube (Juneteenth: 1865 – 2021), and a discussion will be facilitated on Monday, June 6, from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Zoom. We encourage you to join us in learning about what happened on Juneteenth so you can fully appreciate the significance of this day in history
